Orders are available for collection Monday to Friday. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to prepare your order.
Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and select the delivery option. Local delivery is available for addresses within 30 km of Sugar Valley.
If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your address is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed with Free Delivery are normally hand-delivered on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Portugal & Germany
- Flat rate shipping: €4.99 for all order weights.
Rest of Europe
- Under 6 kg: €5.99
- Orders over 5 kg: €14.99
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Flat Rate Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation using UPS Standard or DHL eCommerce. During busy periods, harvest periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take longer.
To help ensure freshness, orders containing fresh produce may be dispatched at the beginning of the week to avoid prolonged storage with the carrier over weekends.
EU Shipping
We currently ship only to countries within the European Union.
Orders are shipped using UPS Standard Delivery or DHL eCommerce. Available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Any delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Fresh Produce Deliveries
We take great care in packaging and dispatching fresh produce to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@algarveoranges.com and include your order number together with photographs of the issue so that we can investigate and assist.
